ABOUT
Lu & I is a bakery/café/épicerie featuring vegan, gluten-free and naturally sweetened goodies, located in Montréal’s Mile-End and founded by Emilia Jamieson and Carmen Rose. Emilia has been working in the industry for 20 years, most recently baking and managing at Hello123 in St. Henri. Both women share a passion for healthy lifestyles, creating nutritious and delicious treats and bringing them to their community. Their well curated épicerie is stocked with many locally sourced products.

Natural healthy ingredients
Most of our recipes only require a handful of ingredients and you know all of them. This food is made with wellness in mind and is perfect for kids and anyone who cares about taking care of their body. As much as possible, our ingredients are organic and we love to use local fruit when in season.

For example, we only use coffee from PS Coffee Roasting co who source and roast exceptional coffee from generational smallholders while encouraging customers, partners and industry peers to work towards a more equitable consumer system.
